The zoom blur effect simulates a lens zoom from the center of the image. This gives an impression of movement, similar to a long exposure effect while zooming in on a subject.
Two transitions are available: one with a zoom-in effect, the other with a zoom-out effect.
These transitions produce an impressive effect when the duration of the transition is between 0.3 and 0.5 seconds. For the demo video below, the duration of the transitions is set to 0.4 seconds.
The effect of the transition is magnified when a slight zoom in (or out) is applied to the views on either side of the transition.
